A natural digital storyteller, Sarah grew up alongside the rise of social media—fueling a lifelong passion for digital connection, branding, and community engagement. She graduated in May 2020 from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, and Culture, focusing on social media marketing, advertising, and event planning.
Originally from the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, Sarah relocated to North Carolina in 2021 when her husband, Kyle, received military orders. While settling in, a casual conversation with a member at a local country club led her to Sandhills Oral Surgery, Periodontics & Dental Implant Specialists. After meeting with Dr. Jones, Sarah stepped into the world of dental marketing—without a dental background but with the belief that a great digital marketer can market anything. It was a personal challenge she was ready to take on.

Dental Marketing Dynamics will provide the tool kit for practice owners to achieve sustainable growth by understanding their target audience, defining their brand, and enhancing patient experience. Our 6-month hybrid course—half in person at the Dentsply Sirona Academy in Charlotte and half through virtual one-on-one sessions with Sarah and Dr. Jones—features one Saturday meeting per month, combining lectures with hands-on workshops for you and your team members.
Over the course of 6 months, Dr. Jones and Sarah will cover all aspects of traditional and modern dental marketing, including patient experience, SEO, PPC advertising, social media, content creation, email marketing, online reputation management, tracking key insights, and how to internally build a strategy for consistent growth.
